Maintenance Request

  • If your repair is URGENT and has not been attended to within 48 hours or if you have not received notification from us to say your repair has been arranged, please contact our office on 07 4633 6500.
  • Please Note: The more information given to us, the easier it will be for us to send the correct tradesperson.
  • Please Note: It is easier for the tradesperson to get work completed with key access
  • Please confirm if there are any unrestrained animals on the property that may affect our access.
  • I understand that I will be liable to pay for the tradespersons invoice if the above maintenance is found to be from my misuse, incorrect operation or if it is found that I have caused the repair to arise. Where required maintenance has been carried out, the tenant will notify the agent if in the tenants opinion the works are unsatisfactory or incomplete.
  • I agree that the information is correct and understand if I have not filled the form out correctly the maintenance will not be addressed.

 

Please Note: Our business hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm. If you are reporting an urgent repair outside of these hours, please refer to Page 2 of your lease agreement for emergency contact details for your preferred tradesmen, we will not be able to attend to the maintenance until our office has reopened.
