We are excited to announce the launch of our new maintenance request system, powered by Bricks & Agents! This innovative platform is designed to streamline and simplify the process of logging maintenance requests for all our tenants.

Using this system is quick, easy, and convenient. Here’s how you can get started:

  1. Click on the following link to access the Bricks & Agents maintenance request portal:
  2. Once on the portal, select the ‘Log Maintenance Request’ option.
  3. You will be prompted to submit your email for a verification code, please use an email that was provided as part of your tenancy agreement. If you have trouble getting the code, an option to verify via mobile number will appear below the ‘Get OTP via email’ link.
  4. After logging in, you can submit a maintenance request by providing details about the maintenance issue, including the nature of the problem and any relevant information and photos.
  5. Our dedicated maintenance team will receive your request promptly and work diligently to address the issue as soon as possible.

Please Note: Our business hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm. If you are reporting an urgent repair outside of these hours, please call your Property Managers mobile number or refer to Page 2 of your lease agreement for emergency contact details for your preferred tradesmen, we will not be able to attend to the maintenance until our office has reopened.
